Stir fry Spinach & mushroom

Ingredients

  • 200g spinach
  • 1 pack enoki mushroom
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt adjust to taste
  • chili (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut spinach and mushroom into sections, slice the garlic.
  2. Heat oil in wok and saute garlic until fragrant
  3.  add enoki mushroom, spinach, salt. stir fry well for 1-2 mins.
  4. Serve on plate.
