Spinach & Bacon rice ball


  • 6 slices bacons
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Japanese seaweed seasonings
  • Black sesame


  1. Add spinach into boiling water and boil for 2 mins, then transfer into cold water.
  2. drain the spinach and dice .
  3. Add diced spinach, Japanese seaweed seasonings, black sesame into bowl and mix well.
  4. Use wet hands to roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. roll each rice ball with bacon.
  6. Pan-fried bacon rice balls for 5 mins until golden brown
  7. Enjoy.
