- 6 slices bacons
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Japanese seaweed seasonings
- Black sesame
- Add spinach into boiling water and boil for 2 mins, then transfer into cold water.
- drain the spinach and dice .
- Add diced spinach, Japanese seaweed seasonings, black sesame into bowl and mix well.
- Use wet hands to roll the mixture into small balls.
- roll each rice ball with bacon.
- Pan-fried bacon rice balls for 5 mins until golden brown
