Seaweed tofu soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces kelp (昆布)
  • 1 box tofu
  • 3 mushroom
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • water

Directions

  1. soak kelp into hot water and drained, set aside.
  2. cut tofu into 8 pieces.
  3. slice mushrooms and green onions
  4. saute miso paste in the pan and pour in water.
  5. when water is the boiling, add kelp and tofu, cook for 3 mins.
  6. Add in mushroom and green onions, cook for 2 mins
  7. Serve on plate.
