- 200g pumpkin
- 100g rice
- 1 Tbsp oil
- pinch of salt
- 250ml water
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
- wash the rice, drain and set aside.
- heat oil in wok, add pumpkins and stir fry for 1 min.
- Add washed rice and water. water level should be just right over the rice.
- cover with lid, lower to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
- add in salt and stir well.
- cook for awhile until water is dry and serve on bowl
