Pumpkin Rice

Ingredients

  • 200g pumpkin
  • 100g rice
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 250ml water

Directions

  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
  2. wash the rice, drain and set aside.
  3. heat oil in wok, add pumpkins and stir fry for 1 min.
  4. Add washed rice and water. water level should be just right over the rice.
  5. cover with lid, lower to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. add in salt and stir well.
  7. cook for awhile until water is dry and serve on bowl
