Pine nuts mushroom rice

Ingredients

  • 40g carrots
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 100g asparagus
  • pine nuts 80g
  • 1 bowl rice
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Peel carrot and diced
  2. Diced mushroom and asparagus too.
  3. heat frying pan and stir fry pine nuts for  2-3 minutes.
  4. Add all the vegetables into boiling water and boil for 2 mins, drain and set aside.
  5. Mix veges and rice into a bowl, add salt to taste.
  6. serve on rice bowl and sprinkle with pine nuts.
