- 40g carrots
- 2 mushrooms
- 100g asparagus
- pine nuts 80g
- 1 bowl rice
- salt to taste
- Peel carrot and diced
- Diced mushroom and asparagus too.
- heat frying pan and stir fry pine nuts for 2-3 minutes.
- Add all the vegetables into boiling water and boil for 2 mins, drain and set aside.
- Mix veges and rice into a bowl, add salt to taste.
- serve on rice bowl and sprinkle with pine nuts.
