- 80g minced pork
- 2 eggs
- chopped green onions
- sesame oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp hua tiao wine
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- pinch of salt & black pepper
- marinate the minced pork for 10mins.
- beat the egg into bowl and pour into marinate pork. Mix well.
- transfer the mixture to a plate and prepare to steam for 6 mins
- Sprinkle green onions on top.
- Or add sesame oil for more flavoring.
