Minced meat steamed egg

Ingredient

  • 80g minced pork
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped green onions
  • sesame oil (optional)

For marinate

  • 1 tbsp hua tiao wine
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • pinch of salt & black pepper

Directions

  1. marinate the minced pork for 10mins.
  2. beat the egg into bowl and pour into marinate pork. Mix well.
  3. transfer the mixture to a plate and prepare to steam for 6 mins
  4. Sprinkle green onions on top.
  5. Or add sesame oil for more flavoring.
  6. Enjoy.
