- 300g pork ribs
- 100g lotus
- 3g slice ginger
- 5g wolfberries (杞子)
- 5g barley
- 1 tsp hua tiao wine
- 1 tsp pepper 花椒
- 1 tbsp Chicken powder
- 1.5 ml water
- Slice lotus and soak into water to prevent darkening.
- Soak the barley and wolf berries for 1 hour.
- Add pork rib into boil water for 2 mins to remove dirty blood and set aside/
- Add ginger , hau tiao wine, pork rib into 1.5ml water.
- When the water is boiling, turn to low heat and cook for 15 mins.
