- 100g shrimp
- 100g broccoli
- 10g minced garlic
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp hua tiao wine
- 1 tbsp oil
- chop broccoli into small pieces, boiled in hot water for 3 mins and soaked into cold water.
- Chop red chili into small pieces.
- Heat oil in wok, fry minced garlic until fragrance.
- Add red chili and shrimp and stir fry with medium heat until half cooked.
- Add in hua tiao wine.
- Turn to high heat, Add drained broccoli and stir fry.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve on plate and Enjoy
