Vegan Dark Chocolate cake


  • 150g Dark chocolate
  • 40g Almond
  • 100g oatmeal
  • 230g soy milk
  • 90g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder



  1. Blend the almond and oatmeal in a food processor into powder.
  2. mix almond and oatmeal powder, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add soymilk and chocolate in a pot on low heat and keep stirring until all melt.
  4. Add the melted chocolate into dry ingredient mixture and mix well.
  5. Bake 35 minutes in 180c preheat oven.
