- 150g Dark chocolate
- 40g Almond
- 100g oatmeal
- 230g soy milk
- 90g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Blend the almond and oatmeal in a food processor into powder.
- mix almond and oatmeal powder, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Add soymilk and chocolate in a pot on low heat and keep stirring until all melt.
- Add the melted chocolate into dry ingredient mixture and mix well.
- Bake 35 minutes in 180c preheat oven.
