Malay Kampung Fried Rice

Ingredients ( serve 2 )

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g diced chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 cloves shallot
  • 5 chilies padi
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • pinch of salt & black pepper
  • cooking oil

 

Directions.

  1. Add garlic, shallot and chili padi in food processor and make puree.
  2. Heat the oil in frying pan and stir fry the spice puree until fragrant.
  3. Add in diced chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Add in egg and Stir well.
  5. Add in rice and Stir until the rice changes color.
  6. Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add in green onions and stir a while then serve.
