Thai Stir Fry Chicken with Basil


  • 200g minced chicken
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  •  3 shallots
  • 4 chili padi
  • 20g sweet basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • Dash of white pepper




  1. Chop clove garlic into minced, Slice shallots and chili padi.
  2. Roughly chop basil leaves
  3. Heat oil into frying pan.
  4. Add minced garlic and shallot into pan and stir fry a while.
  5. Add in minced chicken, stir fry and break up them.
  6. Add chili padi, fish sauce and sweet soy sauce.
  7. Add sugar and white pepper.
  8. Add sweet basil leaves.
  9. Stir fry a while then serve on plate with white rice.
