Shichimi Grilled Snapper Fish

Shichimi Baked Snapper Fish ( serve 2 ) ( 110 calories/ 1 person)

Ingredient

  • 2 pieces snapper fish ( 180 g )
  • sesame seeds

For marinade

  • 2 Tbsp Shichimi powder
  • 2 Tsp curry powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Defrost and cut fish into slices and marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan with low medium heat and fry the fish till done.
  3. serve on plate , sprinkle with sesame seeds.
