Shichimi Baked Snapper Fish ( serve 2 ) ( 110 calories/ 1 person)
- 2 pieces snapper fish ( 180 g )
- sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp Shichimi powder
- 2 Tsp curry powder
- pinch of salt
- Defrost and cut fish into slices and marinade for 10 minutes.
- Heat the pan with low medium heat and fry the fish till done.
- serve on plate , sprinkle with sesame seeds.
