Seafood Tofu Pot ( serve 2) ( 235 calories/ 1 person)
- 70 g Grass carp Fish
- 40 g Squid
- 1/2 box Tofu
- 360 g konjac noodle ( shirataki)
- Broccoli & carrot
- 2 cups chicken stock
- pinch of black pepper & Soba tsuyu sauce
- slices the squid and cut tofu into pieces.
- add the stock and all the ingredients into pot.
- Lastly, add black pepper & Soba tsuyu sauce.
Tips: soak tofu into water mix with salt for 30 mins before cook into pot to prevent from breaking easily.
