Seafood Tofu Pot

Seafood Tofu Pot ( serve 2) ( 235 calories/ 1 person)

Ingredients :

  • 70 g Grass carp Fish
  • 40 g Squid
  • 1/2 box Tofu
  • 360 g konjac noodle ( shirataki)
  • Broccoli & carrot
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • pinch of black pepper & Soba tsuyu sauce


  1. slices the squid and cut tofu into pieces.
  2. add the stock and all the ingredients into pot.
  3. Lastly, add black pepper & Soba tsuyu sauce.

Tips: soak tofu into water mix with salt for 30 mins before cook into pot to prevent from breaking easily.
