Prawn Fried Egg
- 100 g prawn
- 3 eggs
- 1 stalk green onions
- pinch of salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- wash the prawn, marinate with salt, pepper, rice wine for 20 mins
- Heat the pan with olive oil, add in prawn and fry.
- pour in the egg, cooking the prawn half way.
- sprinkle green onions and serve on plate.
