Kabayaki Snapper fish

Kabayaki Snapper fish ( serve 2 ) ( 184 calories / 1 person)

  • 2 snapper fish fillet (160g )
  • sesame seeds
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine
  • 2 tsp mirin
  • 4 tsp brown sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan, fry the fish and add all the seasonings.
  2. Turn to low heat when the water is boiling.
  3. flip the fish during cooking half way.
  4. serve on plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
