Kabayaki Snapper fish ( serve 2 ) ( 184 calories / 1 person)
- 2 snapper fish fillet (160g )
- sesame seeds
- 4 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine
- 2 tsp mirin
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- Heat oil in pan, fry the fish and add all the seasonings.
- Turn to low heat when the water is boiling.
- flip the fish during cooking half way.
- serve on plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
