- 1 bowl overnight oat
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 to 4 strawberries
- 3 Tbs sugar-free yogurt
- 2 Tsp honey
- 1 Tbs milk
- Blend all the 4 ingredients until well combined.
- Heat the frying pan, add unsalted butter or coconut oil.
- pour the mixture into pan and flip it.
- Mix yogurt, honey & milk into a small bowl and serve with pancake.
