Blueberries Banana Pancake

Ingredients
Pancake
  • 180 ml blueberries in cup
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 95 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 190 ml whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
Optional for topping
  • 30 ml yogurt
  • ground cinnamon
  • copped raw walnuts or almond
  • manuka honey
Directions
  1. Blend half the blueberries, peeled banana, milk, egg and flour into pancake batter.
  2. tip into bowl and fold in the remaining berries.
  3. Heat the frying pan over medium high heat, pour in a little bit of olive oil and wipe it with paper towel.
  4. put batter into the pan, flip them for extra 30 seconds for super crispy.
  5. serve with yogurt, nuts and cinnamon.
